Vacation Home "Summer and Winter" with Lake View, Private Heated Indoor Pool & Wi-Fi

With a breathtaking view of Lake Como, the vacation home "Summer and Winter" is situated in Perledo. This 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 4 people. Among the on-site amenities are high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine, a dryer, and a dishwasher. A shared gym, gym equipment, and a shared sauna are also available on the premises. A baby cot and a high chair are provided. Moreover, there is a fireplace on site.

This vacation home features a stunning private outdoor terrace with a barbecue and a whirlpool, as well as a heated indoor pool for guests to enjoy. Outdoor jacuzzi: available from April 1 to October 30 at no additional cost, with the option to book

it for private use for half an hour each day.

Public transport links are located within walking distance.

Families with children are welcome.

Bringing pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed.



To ensure a smooth arrival, we provide a welcome package with essential items for your first day (please note these are not intended to cover your entire stay). The wellness area is shared with other guests but can be booked for private use for one hour per day. Heating is available from October 15 to April 15, with a maximum temperature of 23°C.

Air conditioning is available from May 1 to September, with a minimum temperature of 23°C.

The system will not operate outside these periods or in reverse mode (e.g., cooling after October 15 or heating after May 1).

The pellet stove is for atmosphere only, as the air conditioning system efficiently provides heating. Pellets (15 kg bags) can be requested at an additional cost.

Each couple is provided with one double bed. If you have specific requests for bed or linen preparation, please inform us at least 3 days before arrival. Without prior notice, we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies in bed arrangements.
