"The property is simply fabulous. The first impression whenyou enter the property is amazing. You cross over a bridge to reach reception. Enroute there are stairs to access bird zones. Rich lush green all over, lili pods, swans, etc. We stayed with family of teens and elderly parents. We had booked huts. The rooms were very comfortable and had all facilities you would expect. "This is a great hotel with excellent staff. The cottages were excellent, spacious, well spread out and located in a beautifully manicured gardens amidst dense forest. The staff is professional, pleasant, effective and very courteous. The food at the venue is excellent. The facilities at the hotel are great. The view point at the hotel is mesmerising. "The best part is the friendly and professional staff members. Also the property is gorgeous! We had our own bungalow and loved the privacy. Pool is big and lots of greenery on prem. Lovely stay! Also walking distance from bus depot to go into Periyar National Forest."

"All the staff were amazing and we loved the cultural experience they provided with the cooking classes and the classical dance. The food was delicious and there was such a variety. I will definitely recommend this resort to friends and family around the globe. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and very sweet and professional. Sona and Ashwita and Janisha all were great! "Comfortable location in the vicinity of tourist attractions, cozy homestay, owners were very polite and readily helpful, they always greeted with a polite face and very customer friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable, not many amenities provided (low pricing so understood), WiFi was decent in the room we stayed. Overall felt at home."

"Very nice place to stay, close to the forest park..walking distance to everything. A great place to stay."

"A good property close to main road through Thekkady but removed enough to be lovely and quiet. Beautiful grounds, pool was clean there was some play equipment. The restaurant served a good buffet for dinner and breakfast, with both Indian and western dishes. We chose to eat the Indian food it was served hot and was very tasty. "

"Spectacular location perched high above a reservoir, great views. Staff friendly and attentive. Possible activities include fishing, biking, visiting an adventure park, or just relaxing with great views. It's worth mentioning that Ragamaya is really quite remote (e.g. even Munnar is a one hour drive), hence one is reliant on motorized transportation/a guide provided by the resort to explore the region, relatively little can be done in the immediate vicinity and on foot."
