Villa Scerfia is located in the splendid Tuscan countryside, near Pergine Valdarno and Arezzo, in the heart of Valdambra. It boasts a private garden with ping pong table, barbecue and dining area, ideal for having alfresco meals.

Among the outdoor spaces you will find a beautiful pool (5 x 10 m, depth 1.4 m), open from 1 June to 30 September, and equipped with parasol, sun loungers and external shower.

Moreover, at guests' disposal a private parking for 4 cars.

The villa is accessed after 1 km unpaved road not suitable for sports cars.



Internal Description



Villa Scerfia can accommodate up to 9 people, has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. 1 baby cot is available on request. Pets are allowed on request.



Guests will be welcomed by a bright open-space living area, furnished with sofa, armchairs, tv, fireplace, and dining table. Following there is a lovely kitchen equipped with: hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, and dining table for 8 people.

The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, and 1 twin bedroom. Lastly you will find three bathrooms with shower.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity except heating); Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.



Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (200.00€); heating during winter months (5.00€/m3); extra single bed (for a maximum of 1 - price 100.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 300.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
