"I found the Hotel quite good , clean enough, staff tries to be helpful and very friendly but sometimes it is hard to communicate (some staff speak good enough English).The aircon was super quiet and worked well, shower was great and TV had some English Chanels for News,et. But I did not find the room as nice as in the pictures (older looking) but staff let us move rooms no problem.as i said they do try to accommodate. I found it quiet and relaxing. "Both the hotel was very clean and the service good. the only thing i would maybe have them do better is getting some better shower handles, i found it difficult to adjust the temperature of the water stream. the food in the restaurant was good and always cooked well and the staff in charge of the place very helpful and forthcoming. it has a great placement for a lot of nice places locally including malls, beautiful landmarks etc. i certainly enjoyed my stay."

"We spend two nigths at Hotel Deli River out of season as first stay on our visit to Sumatra.
