"Lovely location with very attentive staff to pick you up from / drop off to car park. Lovely welcome drink. Room was a in a good location with nice view of the bay. Breakfast was plentiful with much choice and perfect seating area. Also ate evening meal here which was pretty special. "

"Nyt hotel med god beliggenhed til besøg i Kotor og Tivat. Fint poolområde. Mangler lidt styring af servicen i restaurenten ligesom der ofte mangler håndklæder ved poolen. Personalet er dog altid smilende og imødekommende. "

"Very nice view and nice pools. Breakfast was disappointing. Cleaning outside the room every morning around 7am and we did not want to wake up early, so such a shame, and when we asked to move room, this was not possible, even though my app showed other rooms was still available. "

There have been quite a few problems during our stay, a really dirty sofa, a drawer that fell out, transparent curtains in the bedrooms, a lamp in the bathroom that didn't work, a dishwasher that broke, a very dirty swimming pool that got algae, but the staff have taken care of everything we have pointed out and got things...

"Skønt og smukt hotel med fantastisk udsigt og en passende størrelse, så det føles meget eksklusivt. Eneste minus er kommunikationen, når ting ikke fungerer, f.eks. TV som hverken kan caste eller vise andet end tyrkiske kanaler. Det tog 4 dage at konstatere uden lyst til at fikse det med et HDMI stik, som jeg endte med selv at finde."
"Super dejligt sted. Der var muligheder for alle mulige aktiviteter. Vi brugte mest de private strandstole der fulgte med hotellet og dejlige badehåndklæder som kunne lånes via hotellet.
Ideelt til børnefamilier eller de ferier hvor alt skal være samlet et sted. "
"Set in spectacular surroundings. Nice spacious room (the twin bed delux). Safe in room. Complementary water, filled every day. Coffee/tea maker too.
Very helpful valet parked our car. Friendly staff at front desk. Good beach café and good restaurant.
House keeping was a little disorganised. The bed wasnt made into two singles upon arrival, but they fixed it at night upon request. We needed a few items from the complementary room list (eg. sewing kit) but they were apparently all out.
During the summer, breakfast gets a little busy and poolside fills up. But you can find a quiet deck chair down by the water, which has lovely views and is great for swimming.

All employees have been very nice and welcoming.
But unfortunately we did not get the apartment we had ordered and paid for. The one we got instead was much smaller. Our 2 children slept in bunk beds in a 3.65m2 room without any storage or air conditioning.
The entire apartment had a total indoor measurement of 23.15 m2 + balcony at max. 8 m2 Total area 32.5 m3, and the one we had paid for is listed as 45 m2.
It was important for us, as 23.15 m2 is too small an area for us, when we are going to stay for 15 nights, 4 people.
We informed the staff about it during our stay but they keep saying that all apartments were about the same size.
And there was no option to move to another apartment, they were all booked and they thought that the one we got was the best solution for us
