No sandy beach just around the corner, but a huge pool area only about 300 metres away and the harbour and town centre close by too. Nice surroundings and a beautiful subtropical park in the back garden. Easy walk to and from the station but would recom-mend taxi if carrying luggage. Stay a few days on your trip around Cornwall, and you will be fine."

Flat was clean and comfortable but with a little attention to detail could easily be elevated to a really good flat.
Entrance needs a good clean and paint and better street signage on the door.
Shower very temperamental, scalding hot or freezing cold.
Outside area could be easily do with a bit of attention.
Seems as if the owner has lost heart and passion in this lovely little flat. "
