Understand maintenance is required, but drilling at 8am on any day, especially a Sunday was unacceptable, also without any notice. "

"Allison and cliff are very friendly and great cooks. The breafull English breakfast was outstanding. The rooms and home was so comfortable. I enjoyed being a about one hour outside of london and being able to explore the countryside. Cambridge. Castles, the north sra, and many other great sites."

"Absolutely wonderful but we did have the best room (The Kings Suite) The only thing I would say is the windows need cleaning as the sun was beaming in the morning and it showed them up terribly. But everything else was just amazing from the suite to the art, and all the interest around racing. Breakfast was lovely too. "

"Excellent accommodation in an old building, loved the slopey floors and low ceilings. Luxury bathroom with bath and spacious shower. Great location, had a lovely meal in the Angel a 2 minute walk away, proper pub!

"Awesome stay. Cool little room with everything you could want, nice and quiet (on a Wednesday night). Car park was full when I arrived but there is free evening parking nearby so there was no issue. Walkable to shops and pubs/restaurants. Will be back. Oh, also staff was excellent and they had liquid dnb playing in the lobby in the evening. Loved it."
