"Good"

"It looks like they tried to go the absolute cheapest route to "update" this hotel. No one ever answered the desk phone but would send an automated text while it was still ringing that also offered to help but was in fact useless. The deadbolt didn't work on the door & when asked to switch rooms the lady at the desk said oh well that the slide bar would be enough & that it wasnt her job to "fix things". "Price was right for a one night stay. All I needed was a bed and a bathroom."

"Great customer service. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms were super clean. Room is equipped with full size fridge, stove/oven, microwave, coffee machine. Separate living room. Breakfast had a wide selection. No powdered eggs ☺️. Hotel has laundry onsite. Ample parking, no fee. Close to shopping, restaurants, highway. Air vondiyioner worked great. The only issue was the fridge was loud. I would definitely stay here again."

"The property is in the perfect location. Everything you need on Palafox is walking distance. Room was quiet and peaceful, everything was very comfortable. The beds were great. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The only thing we thought was missing, was a coat rack or hook to hang your hoodie or rain jacket on. I give this stay 4.99 Stars out of five!!"

"Brrakfast buffet is not very god, and the gym is very small."

"Really nice hotel. No staff was never a problem. Nice outdoor area and a cool restaurant bar. Quiet neighborhood setting was lovely."
