"Location is so convenient for downtown access. We could walk everywhere we went. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast was “grab and go” but could use some upgrades. Half and half for the coffee would be welcome. Fresh pastries rather than the packaged options would be a huge improvement. "

"The property had a great private beach access, rooms were clean and beds were comfy, the balcony was great with an ocean view. The pool was long and great to swim in. They had refillable pure water station. The windrose restaurant had tasty food but slightly expensive. They include gratuity in the checks.
The only complaints I had was there was no exhaust in the room we stayed in and we had to rent the umbrellas and chairs on the beach. Usually at the other resorts we stayed in Mexico etc...

"Hotel is very nice and close to restaurants and other stores, less than 5 minutes to the mall. My Jr. Suite (Room 429) was very nice and clean. I had a late check-in, called the desk to inform them, call was answered promptly and the late night desk agent knew who I was and was ready to check me in. "

"I genuinely loved staying here. The room was nice, clean, and we had everything we needed for our week stay. The only slightly negative thing was they didn't have bacon on the complimentary breakfast. However, with the rotation of what was served in the mornings, there were plenty of options to satisfy my family every day. Highly recommend staying here. Also, the staff were incredible. Give them all raises!"

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Great location everything to suit our particular needs was in driving distance. The only negative review and I’m being very transparent is that housekeeping knocks on the doors way too early especially for guest staying five days and our room never got cleaned once. I have to say that’s a first for us. That minor detail does matter and could potentially get the hotel negative ratings. However, everything else was A1 and the staff was very friendly....
