Sea`s the Day Getaway

Welcome to Sea`s the Day Getaway. A beautiful, newly renovated house a short drive from local shops, bars, restaurants, Blue Wahoos Stadium, parks, beaches, local hospitals, and much more! This coastal-themed home includes 3bd/2ba, sofa bed, 2 living spaces, game room, outdoor firepit and dining space, high-speed WiFi, four smart TVs, and a fully stocked kitchen. Sea`s the Day Getaway is the perfect family vacation house including games, toys, beach supplies, and relaxation.

Recently renovated, Sea`s the Day Getaway is located in 10 minutes from Pensacola International Airport and 15 minutes from Pensacola Beach. The main living areas are open spaces with multiple couches, a 75” smart TV, board games, and a work space.

The renovated kitchen features brand new appliances, place settings for eight people, an air fryer, toaster, and coffee pot. You will find the kitchen stocked with a variety of necessities for your home away from home cooking.

The home includes some beach necessities including beach towels, umbrella, chairs (5), an ice chests and sand toys for children.

Safety features in the home include smoke detectors and fire extinguishers (located under kitchen sink and in the garage).

The main bedroom is a comfy queen-sized bed, dresser, and beautiful private bathroom with walk in rainshower. It is equipped with a 55” smart TV.

The second bedroom is also furnished with a queen bed, dresser, and 55`` smart TV. The third bedroom is a fun bunk room with a full-size lower bunk and twin top bunk. This room also has a 55` smart TV.

The back porch is a quiet and relaxing area to hang out. A full sized grill, outdoor dining space, and fire pit make the space the perfect spot to unwind after a long flight or day at the beach. As an added bonus, Sea`s the Day Getaway has a Florida room equipped with giant windows, blinds and its own air conditioning unit. The space has a couch to enjoy a cup of coffee or read a book, along with a golf arcade game, giant jenga, foosball table, giant connect four and more.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Parking is available in the driveway for up to two cars. For any additional cars, free street parking is available.

Other things to note
The house is stocked with a starter amount of basic supplies. There are many stores close by for additional supplies needed.

The house includes a washer, dryer, and laundry supplies.

There is a ring security camera located on the exterior front door of the property.

The entire house is available for the guests to use.
