Settle into Pelican Pointe, a two-bedroom, two-bath home in a Perdido Key duplex with room for up to 6 guests. Enjoy a king bedroom with an en-suite soaking tub, a queen bedroom, and a living-room sleeper sofa. A full kitchen, wine fridge, in-unit laundry, and included two-car garage help you keep your own routine. Step onto the patio after a day out, or bring your boat with parking for up to 26 feet when the fence is open. Approved pets are welcome; pet fees apply.



The Space:

A comfortable place to settle in

Pelican Pointe is one complete home within a duplex, with its own kitchen, dining area, living room, and laundry. Warm wood finishes, tile floors, and comfortable seating give the home a welcoming feel. The bedrooms sit off a hallway, apart from the main living space, so it's easy to wind down while others finish a meal or watch TV.



Sleeping arrangements

The primary bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the living room has a sleeper sofa. The home sleeps up to 6 guests, with two guests using the sleeper sofa when all sleeping spaces are filled.



Bathrooms

The primary bathroom has a garden soaking tub for a quiet end to the day. The hall bathroom has a shower with a rain head and a handheld showerhead, which can be used separately or together.



Kitchen and everyday comforts

The kitchen and dining area make it easy to prepare meals and keep your own schedule. A wine fridge adds a thoughtful touch, while an in-unit washer and dryer help with everything from beach clothes to the laundry that comes with a longer stay.



Patio and parking

The patio is accessible directly from the bedrooms or through a common breezeway from the living area. Free on-site parking is included, with room for a boat up to 26 feet long when the fence is open. Please contact us before arrival to confirm the fit of your boat and trailer.



Guest Access:

You'll have private access to the entire Pelican Pointe residence. This reservation includes one side of the duplex; the neighboring home is available separately and may be occupied by other guests.

The breezeway between the living area and the back patio is a shared common area. The bedrooms also have direct patio access. The two-car garage is included for guest parking.



The Neighborhood:

Pelican Pointe is in the Perdido Key area, close to the water and within a short distance of local shops and dining. The location gives you an easy base for family beach trips, seasonal visits, or a longer stay with the comforts of a home.



Other Things to Note:

Rental agreement and guest verification

After booking, you'll need to sign our Rental Agreement and complete guest verification through Truvi, our third-party verification partner. Both steps must be completed within 24 hours of booking or at least 4 hours before check-in, whichever deadline comes first. These steps help protect our guests, our homes, and our neighbors.



Minimum age and group policy

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Non-family groups are not permitted.



Pets

Pets must be approved in advance, and separate pet fees apply. Please contact us before booking to confirm approval and the pet fee for your stay.



Smoking

Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Smoking is not allowed inside the home.



Quiet hours

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise low during these hours out of respect for our neighbors and others staying at the duplex.



Booking both sides

Traveling with more family? The neighboring home can be booked separately or together with Pelican Pointe as The Coastal Nest, subject to availability. A Pelican Pointe reservation alone does not include the neighboring home.
