The condo was fabulous! Looks just like the pictures. We pre paid for our beach chairs and umbrellas and we had no issues with the beach service, in fact it was exceptional.The only negative was the shower curtain in the second bathroom was dirty, it had hair on it from a previous guest.Would definitely rent this unit again! Thanks for a wonderful girls getaway weekend!

Loved staying here! The views are amazing from sun up to sun down. Palacio 1102 was nicely decorated and had all of the elements to make you feel at home.

horrible experience

it’s not what state on the listing the sofa bed doesn’t have a blanket or extra bed sheet state accommodate for 6 people, but only for four cause use sofa bed doesn’t have sheet or blankets no umbrellas and two beach chairs as listed. ground securities are very rude

Everything was very clean! What I appreciate the most is that we can put our umbrellas' just about any where we wanted. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!

Always Beautiful on the Gulf

Our condominium was beautiful and inviting from the moment we walked in. Every room was spacious. The master bath had two lavatories which was very helpful with all of us getting ready for the beach and going out at the same times. As said in other reviews, you must make early reservation for beach chairs to be even close to the water. By 8:00 Monday morning all chairs for the entire week were reserved. This was a very big negative because the chairs take up the entire width of their property. The pool area was very nice.

Great Condo and Place to Stay on Beach

This is a perfect two bedroom condo. The master suite is huge. The guest bedroom is smaller. The kitchen and appliances work well and the pool area for the building is great. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location but property needs to be updated

Easy check in process, but the overall condition of the condo needs to be updated. To start with the front bedroom closet is filled with dusty old items like a fan, plant, boxes, etc. There was not a single hanger in the closet to use to hang up clothes. In the master closet there were only 6 hangers. Then the front bathroom toilet was leaking at the back and getting water on the floor. I called maintenance on Friday and left a voicemail and the call was never returned. The toilet had a slow leak the whole time during our stay. Also very limited parking at condo and the overflow lot is across the busy street. Good location but we will not be staying here again. Floors also were very dirty when we checked in.

Great getaway!

The condo was roomy with great views. Easy access to the great pools/hot tub, and beach. The furniture in the living area could use updating. They are a little broken down and have some stains. Plenty of kitchen cookware, plates, etc. You'll need to bring everything else (i.e. coffee filters, salt, pepper, laundry soap, dish detergent, etc). There is a letter in the condo that says 2 chairs and an umbrella come with the reservation, but they don't honor that. Just a heads up. It's $40 per day. It is still a great value and an awesome place to stay. We will definitely visit again!

Great Stay

Nice, clean, exactly as listed online! I would recommend changing the shower head in the 1st bathroom and the master shower does not have hot water. We spent almost 2-3 hours trying to figure out why the internet would not connect, the management team was no help, told us to call Cox, the phone just rang and disconnected several times. By chance, opened a white box on the wall with all the wires, someone turned off the surge protector! Maybe this could be labeled on the outside or in the instructions for the next renters. I understand that is part of the departure routine at checkout to close all blinds and unplug everything, however, perhaps in the arrival instructions put that it needs to be turned on! (Hours of entering user names, passwords over and over and adding stress!) Also, we weren’t clear if it was an additional fee or not to strip beds of linen and gather towels to wash. We just stipped the beds and gathered towels for each room. We will return…Thank you!

Beautiful view, but condo needs some attention

This is my second year in a row staying in 1102. This first year I thought it was much cleaner, and was excited to book for the following year. When we arrived this year, the front door is white and it had dirty hand prints by the door knob, and also on the door. The bath mats in the master bath were stained and very worn, the linens where dingy and not white. Sheets and bedding were ok, maybe some new updated ones would make it more comfortable The washing machine had mold along the inside top of the machine. The Keurig coffee maker was not working, I needed to open a can and the can opener was broken, the pots and pans are old and the handles are wobbly and feel like they will fall off anytime. Just over all it felt like the condo was not taken care of the way it was the year before. Cleanliness is a must for me. We plan on coming every year at the same time, but I’m considering a different condo, unless this one is improved. The beach is gorgeous, the view is amazing from the condo. Hoping it improves so We can continue to come back yearly.

Beautiful Property w/ Slight Problems

I would rate this particular property a 3.5 out of 5. Master suite bathroom's closed-off toilet area's light burned out. Called front desk twice. Told it would be handled. It was not. Second bathroom's sink faucet spews water all over the lavatory when turned on. Otherwise the property was nice. The beach view was awesome.

Good not great

Condo was very nice , clean and updated. Communication was good. The overall property is dated. The elevator situation is a real issue. Half the time only 1 of 2 is working, fire department came out one evening to get people stuck between floors. At peak times crowds of people would waiting on the ground floor for the elevator. As far as the beach experience, if you don’t like people right on top of you all day this property is not for you. Unless you get a spot early (before 6 am) or reserve a chair and umbrella on the front row you will spend your day weaving between people, tents and umbrellas to get back and forth to the water. This area has very little area to park your chair near the water. Parking isn’t great, limited spaces on-site with an overflow lot across a very busy 4 lane road you have to cross. Great condo, average property and below average beach experience. For the rates charged you would advised to shop around, there are many options in the area.

Great stay

The condo is very nice and clean! Love the beach!! Vacasa does not respond to VRBO chat but they answer through the number found on google. They provide a bar soap for the bathrooms. Only one roll of TP per bathroom and no extra trash bags for the kitchen. Just sharing so you can be prepared.

Very comfortable condo

Condo was exactly as pictures indicated. Master bedroom King bed was comfortable. Sofa was comfortable. Condo is well stocked with dishes, utensils, appliances, etc. Great views from the balcony. Balcony furniture wasn't real comfortable. AC unit was comfortable in the condo always except for the master was a little warm. Even with curtains closed and night time. Seemed like there wasn't alot of air flow. But wasn't miserable. Just seemed much colder in the rest of the condo. Plenty of room in the condo. It does state that complimentary beach service for two chairs, however on the first day it said the attendant started at 8:30. It was 9am and he wasn't on the beach anywhere, although some chairs and umbrellas were out. I did eventually find him near the condos and he put my chairs out in a timely manner. Asked me when I was checking out and said he would have them out the following day for me also. I didn't get down to the beach the second day until 12:30ish and my chairs were not out, and he was nowhere to be found. Not sure who employees this young man, Palacio directly? It should be addressed. Several others had the same problem. It would not stop us from returning to this condo. Check in and check out was easy. The condo was very clean and had plenty of towels.
