Welcome to Bikinis & Martinis! You will fall in love with this coastal chic 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse that can accommodate up to 10 people & 2 small dogs! Everything you need for the perfect beach vacation including a fully-equipped kitchen, 2-car garage & private balcony. There are also board games, books, & DVDs to keep you entertained! You're just a short walk or bike ride from the white sugar sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf. We also provide beach chairs that you can take to the beach. Please note, this house is currently on the market to be sold. There may be a showing requested during your stay.

This rental includes access to Free Fun with Xplorie! We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key, Soldiers Creek, and Glenlakes Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset and Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) & then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) & then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day & one person in your party is free to every activity every day. Complete details will be provided with your confirmed booking. The open concept living area which is comfortably furnished with sofas (1 queen sofa bed) & chairs, dining table, & a breakfast bar with stools. The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances & all the necessary cookware & utensils to prepare a gourmet meal! The main floor also has a powder room for your convenience.

When you are ready to rest after a day at the beach or a round of golf there are 3 relaxing bedrooms to retire to. The master bedroom has comfortable bedding & a king size bed. The master bedroom suite includes the master bathroom with double sink vanity, & a beautiful walk-in shower. There is also a large flat screen tv to catch a movie.

The 2nd guest bedroom is also furnished with comfortable bedding & a queen size bed. The 3rd guest bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin pull out trundle bed. Both guest bedrooms have flat screen TV’s. Both guest bedrooms have hallway access to a full bathroom with large vanity & a shower/tub combo. There is also queen sofa bed in the living area to accommodate up to two additional guests.

Your rental includes free access to the Lost Key Beach Club-1/2 half mile away. This 5,000 square foot, open-air complex is a beachfront oasis available exclusively for Lost Key residents & guests. The Beach Club offers private beach access, swimming pool, locker rooms and showers, & seasonal beach service. There is a restaurant at the club (hours vary) for purchase of food, snacks & beverages. Complimentary shuttle service is available within the Lost Key resort.

Garbage and Trash Containers; Containers may be placed at the curb no earlier then Tuesday afternoon and must be returned to the respective garage by Wednesday end of day. Garbage cans may not be stored in the back of the Townhouse at any time. Violation of these rules: $50.00 per day of violation



Golf/Carts/Electric Vehicles: Golf carts are to never be parked or driven on the grass. Except for quick stops at a Townhouse where they may remain in the driveway, they are to always be parked inside the garage. Note the intent of "quick stops" is a stop of less than 15 to 30 minutes. Renters or owners who are renting a golf cart MUST BE PRESENT for delivery and pickup/return of a golf cart rental. Golf cart must remain inside garage at all other times, including immediately after delivery. Violation of these rules: $50.00 per day of violation

** House Rules: Minimum age to rent is 25. Reservations for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without an accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. Be respectful of the property & contents - it is someone's home. Respect your neighbors. No parties, events or smoking of any kind. Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fees.
