Welcome to Sea Shells Sanctuary! This 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse accommodates up to 10 people. This unit is beautifully decorated! Everything you need for the perfect beach vacation including a fully-equipped kitchen, 2-car garage & balcony with great views. You're just a short walk to the white sugar sand & emerald green waters of the Gulf. This townhouse comes with 4 bicycles for you to enjoy during your stay!



This rental includes access to Free Fun with Xplorie! We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each & every day of your stay-including the Lost Key, Soldiers Creek, & Glenlakes Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset & Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative & nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) & then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) & then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) & then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day & one person in your party is free to every activity every day. When you enter the townhome on the ground floor you will go up a flight of stairs to the open concept living area which is comfortably furnished with sofas (one queen sofa sleeper) & chairs, dining table, & breakfast bar with stools. The living area has a large flat screen smart TV with streaming services. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances & all the necessary cookware & utensils to prepare a gourmet meal! The main floor also has a powder room for your convenience.



This townhouse also includes free admission to the Lost Key Beach Club - only one-half mile away. This 5,000 square foot, open-air complex is a beachfront oasis available exclusively for Lost Key residents & guests - hours of the club are seasonal. The Beach Club offers private beach access, swimming pool, locker rooms & showers, & seasonal beach service. There is a restaurant at the club (hours vary) for purchase of food, snacks & beverages. Complimentary shuttle service is available within the Lost Key resort.



When you are ready to rest after a day at the beach or golf there are 3 relaxing bedrooms to retire to for the night. The master has comfortable bedding & a king size bed & flat screen tv with streaming services. The master suite includes the master bathroom with double sink vanity, & a beautiful glass & tile walk-in shower.



The 2nd guest bedroom is also furnished with comfortable bedding & a queen size bed. The 3rd guest bedroom has full over full bunk beds. Both guest bedrooms have flat screen TV’s with streaming services. Both guest bedrooms have hallway access to a full bathroom with large vanity & a shower/tub combo. This townhouse also has a Pack N Play for the little ones!



For our safety and yours, all cleanings will include sanitizing high touch surfaces, handles, & all linen surfaces. All laundry services include an approved CDC laundry sanitizer.

Garbage and Trash Containers; Containers may be placed at the curb no earlier then Tuesday afternoon and must be returned to the respective garage by Wednesday end of day. Garbage cans may not be stored in the back of the Townhouse at any time. Violation of these rules: $50.00 per day of violation



Golf/Carts/Electric Vehicles: Golf carts are to never be parked or driven on the grass. Except for quick stops at a Townhouse where they may remain in the driveway, they are to always be parked inside the garage. Note the intent of "quick stops" is a stop of less than 15 to 30 minutes. Renters or owners who are renting a golf cart MUST BE PRESENT for delivery and pickup/return of a golf cart rental. Golf cart must remain inside garage at all other times, including immediately after delivery. Violation of these rules: $50.00 per day of violation
