This is a great home close to Naval Air Station Pensacola (6.4 miles), Perdido Key Beach (less than 10 miles). Crave a little culture? Head over into downtown Pensacola and visit the Seville Historic District's art galleries, museums, monuments, shopping and restaurants!

BED & BATH
The Large Master Suite has a King Size Bed, dresser, chest of drawers, two nightstands, large walk-in closet, 50" Smart TV with cable access and a En-suite private bathroom featuring a large standing shower with sliding glass doors, large vanity and private toilet area.
The 2nd guest bedroom has a Queen size bed, dresser, two nightstand tables, closet & 32" Smart TV with cable access.
The 3rd guest bedroom has a set of Full size set of bunk beds with a twin size trundle bed underneath, dresser, closet & 32" Smart TV.
The second full size bathroom has a tub/shower combination and is in the hall between the 2 guest bedrooms.
LIVING AREA
Enjoy our spacious living room complete with a super comfy sofa featuring 3 comfy accent chairs, coffee table, two end tables with lamps and a large 75" flat screen TV on our beautiful TV stand. There is also a dedicated workspace for anyone needing to work during your stay. Our second living room is opened up to the kitchen and features a gas fireplace, a super comfy sofa featuring a sofa bed and a Large 50" flat screen TV.
LAUNDRY ROOM
For your added convenience we have a Full-Size Washer and Dryer in the laundry room with a shelving unit above, so you can hang your non dryer items.
KITCHEN & DINING
Our Beautiful large eat-in kitchen is fully equipped & stocked with everything you need to create delicious meals if you decide to dine in while you are on vacation. Featuring a (gas stove, oven, microwave, Keurig/Coffee Pot Combo, double sided refrigerator & dishwasher). Our kitchen features a small breakfast bar with barstools that will accommodate 2 guests. When it's time to dine, enjoy our dining room table with seating to accommodate up to 8 guests.
PATIO & BACKYARD
Enjoy spending some time in our private enclosed backyard featuring a covered patio & our screened porch, Complete with seating to accommodate 10. Enjoy watching the kids play, grill out on the Gas BBQ Grill or roast marshmallows around the newly rocked area with firepit. Complete with patio chairs, couch & patio table
GARAGE
Enjoy playing a game of table tennis on our BRAND NEW Ping Pong Table. Please make sure to place the paddles & balls in the provided tote.
LINENS & COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES INCLUDED:
Linen for all the beds: comforters, towels, washcloths, hand towels, a kitchen dish towel & dish rag set as well as
1 STARTER size bar soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom & 1 roll of paper towels and several trash bags.

- NO Smoking: NO Nicotine, e-cigarettes, vaping, or marijuana are allowed in the home at any time. Subject to a $250.00 fine if smoking is found in the home.
- Pets: NO PETS are allowed.
- Events/Large groups: No more than 10 guests are to occupy the unit each night. Large parties or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit but will result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.

- Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced from 9:00pm thru 8:00am. YOU MUST Be respectful of all the neighbors & The Property Rules!!
- Trash and Dishes must be taken care of on your departure.
