Spend as much time as you would like outdoors because this home features incredible outdoor spaces for you to enjoy, including a well-furnished deck with a seating area, an outdoor dining area, an outdoor fireplace, a gas grill, and 300-foot dog park.

As soon as you step inside this beautifully decorated and air-conditioned home, you will come across the well-equipped dine-in kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is open and well-appointed with incredible appliances, including a dishwasher, to make the cooking time a breeze. The island right in the middle offers enough seating for four, and there's direct access to the back patio, where you and your loved ones can dine alfresco. The living area provides an inviting place to unwind and enjoy family time watching TV with Roku and Apple TVs from the large, cozy seating.

Things to Know

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is one active security camera in the front of this home as well as one camera in the backyard facing outwards.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
