The living room features a comfortable sleeper sofa and a 65" smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker with drip and K-cup options, cookware, and utensils. The master bedroom offers a queen bed, smart TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and bench. The guest bedroom provides another queen bed and smart TV, with access to the second bathroom, which has a shower/tub combo and is also accessible from the living area. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, complimentary toiletries, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Step outside to the fully fenced backyard with a BBQ grill and outdoor seating. Cottage on 10th is your comfortable home base for business, a weekend getaway, or a beach vacation.

• Guests must be 21 years of age and older to book this property.
• Please observe silence. Noise restriction between 11 PM - 7 AM.
• Only park in the designated areas.
• Avoid flushing any items in the sink and toilets to avoid clogs.
• Pets are not allowed inside the premises.
• NO SMOKING allowed in the home. A $250 fine will be imposed for smoking in the home.
• To minimize odors all trash must be in trash bags and removed from the house and put in the garbage can.
• No extra guests are allowed unless permitted by the owner.
• No parties, events, and smoking allowed.
• The guest must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement.

*Booking price includes nonrefundable property damage protection fee to cover up to $3,000.00 in damages done to the property
*Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.
