Things to Know
This is a non-smoking vacation rental, which applies both inside the home and on the balcony. (There is a dedicated smoking area in the parking lot.) This policy is strictly enforced.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location, pack your bag with essentials

First off, the location and the condo were great! We were right on the beach and had access to the. pool which was perfect for our family and we really enjoyed our stay. However, we were disappointed with the included essentials. There was only one blanket, one trash bag, half a roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods, etc. This was frustrating because we were staying 6 days and this just wasn't enough and we had to go purchase all those things and ended up throwing away so much. So if you stay, be sure to pack some for your stay. The condo was pretty clean and very homey and we enjoyed our stay!

Numerous obvious plumbing problems

It is a great property, but the owner and property manger had not maintained obvious significant defects. Neither bathtub faucet worked, one sink faucet wasn't working, the kitchen faucet was falling apart, and the entire water system didn't have an expansion tank, which is standard. The property manager did send plumbers, who spent one day of our vacation week adding an expansion tank, and trying to fix the faucets, which they were only partially successful at. More fundamental construction errors are still needed for all of it to work. The management company refused to acknowledge that they did not fix everything. I had to appeal up the chain to get ANY compensation, and even then it was only 5% of the total rental cost.

Issues not fixed. Needs improvement.

Booked condo months in advance based on previous recent reviews, then a few weeks later a new negative review appeared. Tenant reported needing pillowcases & blankets, master bathtub faucet and washing machine not working properly, and master bedroom lights flickering. I researched and appropriately emailed property management (Vacasa) referring to all above and included Unit information and Confirmation number for rental. Vacasa responded with a generic email reporting the issues in previous review had been handled and asked me to "book now so you don't miss out on this fantastic home". I continued to correspond via email, requesting to speak to a manager or director about concerns. Generic emails from Vacasa continued. I then called Vacasa and spoke with a polite man with a very thick accent. He did his best to answer my questions, confirming all complaints were addressed and taken care of. I asked if there would be chair/umbrella beach service available for us to purchase on the beach during our stay, and after a long wait on hold, his answer was no. Upon arrival, ALL of the above-mentioned issues were exactly the same. Additional issues were no remote for TV in MBR, and chair/umbrella beach service obviously available (traveled with chairs and umbrellas for no reason). Condo really needs to be updated, especially with new rugs and mattresses. A deep clean is needed also.

plenty of space

On a good note: This condo had good space, good showers and a very nice ice maker. The designated parking spot was also nice. They need to take care of the following: A new coffee maker or carafe. It's missing. Extra blankets or pillow cases for extra pillows that were in the closets. fix the faucet for the tubs in the master bath. Just a trickle of water comes out, it useless. There are some rugs that are tripping hazards. please tape them down. The lights flicker in the master bedroom. The washing machine will stop in the middle of a load for no reason. This complex is aging and need some attention.

Very nice location and view from all the balconies. Only negative was that the tile floors needed good cleaning. If folks were barefoot, their feet were black very quickly. Also not good for 1 year old twins who were crawling.

after talking to someone about an hour later, it was fine but until then it was touch and go. after you drive 3 hours and you can't get anyone on the phone that dont make for a good time

Major deferred maintenance

Saving grace for this place is the Vacasa staff. The owner however allowed the listing to continue even though the bunk beds weren’t usable nor safe. Electrical issues also plagued the condo. Would not recommend.

Nice place. Lacked essentials like kitchen towels and pans. Poor communication from condo owner

The place was really nice and in a great location. However, the condo lacked essential items and we had a hard time getting in contact with anyone about this. It took two days to get in touch with someone. We needed a pack and play for the children and there was none in the condo. There were also no kitchen towels, soap, trash bags, etc. They only had one skillet and few pots, which was not enough to cook for the amount of people this condo holds. Besides these things, it was a great stay.

Great condo on the beach

This condo is a great place for a large family. The layout is great, gives people space and privacy. Wonderful large balcony with a view in two rooms. Great equipped kitchen! My niece and nephew loved the jetted tub! Only complaint is couldn't reach anyone in the management office when needed. The oven was locked and we tried calling about it. Couldn't get through and never got a call back or response to our email. Also, left some items, can't reach anyone and I have sent a few emails but no response yet. We would absolutely stay here again!

Family vacation

The condo is as advertised, four good size bedrooms and four bathrooms, plenty of room for the 9 of us. The view is beautiful, right on the gulf. We had many times where we saw dolphins and stingrays from the balcony. The condo complex was very quiet and well-maintained. Pros: 1. Quiet area with plenty of room on the beach 2. Close to all amenities, but far enough removed to be away from most of the hustle and bustle 3. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms, very good size condo. Large dining room table and plenty of space in the living room 4. The balcony is huge with amazing views! Really…Ahhhmazing views. 5. The assigned parking garage spot has a bin for beach items, chairs, etc. That was a huge perk for our family who had traveled by plane so we could not bring our beach equipment with us. Cons 1. Kitchen could have had more pans, There was only one skillet and it was fairly worn and small. There was no Large skillet or griddle for breakfast cooking. 2. We called for maintenance because one of the bathtubs had so little water pressure it would have taken hours to fill, I was told the management company would get back to us but we never heard from them again. 3. The condominium has a shared hot tub, with a limit of four people. It is very small, was not functioning properly, and does not meet the needs for such a large condo complex. Overall, it is truly a fantastic vacation home. I would definitely rent here again if we were returning to the area. Very clean. Well cared for property. Quiet area with beautiful views.

Weeks Christmas Vacation 2021

Loved the layout and view. It was well stocked with dishes, utensils and beautifully decorated. Some small maintenance issues should be addressed: water pressure in master tub was not good; some legs on dining chairs are loose; keureg doesn’t work; the DVD player system didn’t work well. These were not major things. All people we talked to were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely consider coming again.
