**Please note that building maintenance and sealant repairs will take place at Beach Colony West from Aug. 10, 2026, through Dec. 15, 2026. Swing stages and construction crews will be present during this time. Work will begin on the west side of the building, away from the balconies and pool area, to help minimize disruption to guests. Crews may periodically pass by windows as work progresses. Also, the East Pool will be temporarily closed through November 6, 2026. During this time, the Dolphin Pool and Indoor Pool will remain available for guests to enjoy.
