Awesome Tiny Home with Stock Tank Pool Near Downtown Pensacola

Stunning custom tiny home located in the heart of historical Pensacola Florida. Tastefully decorated, serene space that’s clean & comfortable. Delight in luxurious white marble countertops, beautiful decor & soft velvety linens. No seashell decor in this cottage!

Luxury tiny home is equipped with a dream queen size bed in the upstairs loft as well as a pull out sofa in the living area. House is equipped with a kitchenette with refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and dishes, glassware and silverware. Roomy full size bathroom with tub/shower is stocked with clean towels and toiletries. Enjoy a private yard & patio surrounded by camellias, live oaks & palm trees. There’s also a gas BBQ grill as well as beach chairs and gear for you to use. Private & on street parking available and WiFi is provided. Beautiful Pensacola Beach is only fifteen minutes from the house.

Please note, the sandy driveway is shared with neighboring house and there is no TV or stove. You may park one vehicle in the sandy driveway or if you prefer on street parking is also available. The driveway can be a steep at the entrance for some low profile vehicles. WiFi Internet is provided and there’s a convection microwave oven in kitchen as well as outdoor BBQ grill.

Cozy, green oasis- perfect tiny home getaway

This tiny home is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we felt transported to a peaceful and private retreat. The house is thoughtfully designed, maximizing every inch of space without feeling cramped. It’s surrounded by lush greenery, and the abundance of plants inside gives it a fresh, vibrant vibe. The privacy fence was a huge plus, creating a serene, secluded atmosphere that made us feel like we were in our own little world. We loved sipping coffee on the patio in the mornings and stargazing in the evenings, all while enjoying the quiet ambiance. The hosts clearly put a lot of care into the details, from the cozy furnishings to the fully stocked kitchen. Everything was sparkling clean, and the decor was charming and modern, with a touch of bohemian flair. If you’re looking for a unique, peaceful escape that still feels like home, this tiny house is it. We’re already planning our next visit! Highly recommend for couples, solo travelers, or anyone craving a cozy and nature-filled getaway.

Beautiful property!

This tiny home was absolutely wonderful! Every space was utilized without compromising any amenities. The home was adorably decorated and all the thoughtful touches were greatly appreciated. Just keep in mind if you’re on the tall end this choice might not be for you :)

It's cute, a very chill vibe. I've never stayed in a tiny home, it's fun. The air conditioning was excellent. And the little tub pool cooled down nicely in the evenings. The coffee was a tasty brand too. Overall great stay.

Super cute tiny house!

This place is super cute. It was the perfect size for me and my partner. It was very easy to get ahold of Shanna when we needed her and she was super sweet! It’s very nice that the whole yard is fenced in because it feels like you aren’t even in a neighborhood. It’s very private and the pool is a nice touch. I will say though that I have family that lives in Pensacola and he did warn me about the location of the tiny house. It’s not in the best neighborhood. I feel like the neighborhood is up and coming though, it seems like lots of work and upgrading is going on in that neighborhood. With that said, there was never a time where I felt unsafe especially because of the private fence around the house. There is an addition house in front of the tiny house that is also a Vrbo owned by the same people, so there could be a chance that someone is there at the same time you are, but like I said there is a big private fence separating each house. We only heard the other people when we were outside at the same time as them. That is just something I feel like I would want to know if I were to book a place. Overall, it’s super cute and cozy and everything you could need. I would definitely book again!

Cozy beach cottage!

We absolutely loved staying here! Our host was very communicative and accommodating. The home itself was well stocked and very clean! It’s about a 20 minute drive to the beach and fairly close to lots of places to eat. Overall, it was a great environment and we would definitely stay again!

Perfect Getaway

We loved the tiny house, especially my kids! It’s beautiful inside and out. Felt secluded and private. Surrounded by trees and foliage and alot of windows to see outside into the beautiful yard. The pool was a major plus! Shanna was so friendly, helpful, and communicative!!

Nice spot

It’s a cute little tiny house but it is not in the best area of town. It’s in a more rundown area. Not overly far from beach but not super close either. It had everything I needed for a long weekend…. Anyone over the height of 5’6 would not be comfortable in the bed loft area… I was barely able to sit up without touching ceiling…. Nicely decorated cute little place overall.

Wonderful little escape

The tiny house was so cute! The stock tank pool and hammock made for nice outdoor relaxing, weather cooperating. There was initially some confusion about the WiFi password (husband was trying it, details are hit his strong suit, so it may have been user error), and it took a little longer than we would have preferred to get a response, but eventually it worked out. I would definitely stay again, or recommend to friends looking for a small retreat spot.

I enjoyed my stay in the Tiny Home. Very clean and tidy. Everything was well thought out and had its place. Long driveway for off street parking. No noise. The bed is in a loft and could provide a challenge for older folks for access. All is just as described with only pleasant surprises. I see myself rebooking

Perfect Tiny House

This property was perfect. Every touch in the tiny home was thoughtful and practical. The fence surrounding the home offered full privacy. The location was just a 5 min drive from downtown with ample restaurants and the pier. Short drive over the bridges to the beach. Great property owner - friendly, responsive. I would stay here anytime, and definitely hope to be back! Highly recommend.

Excellent tiny home retreat!

I was looking for a couple of days of rest and relaxation near the beach in a tiny home… And I found it! This tiny home was just as advertised on VRBO. It was extremely clean and ready on time (actually, a little early.) I had great communication with the owner and had everything I needed. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.
