The interior boasts sleek granite countertops, brand-new appliances, and stylish new flooring, all while retaining the character of yesteryears with original 50's tile work in the bathroom. This cozy apartment offers a welcoming home-away-from-home experience.

You have the entire apartment all to yourself the only shared areas are the grilling area, parking lot and front porch.

We are only about 15 - 20 minutes away, so if you need us, we are readily available however we give our guests complete privacy to enjoy there stay.

This neighborhood is less .7 miles from Navy Point park where you can put your boat in, swim, fish, or picnic. There is a laundry mat located two blocks up the street, and stores within walking distance.

There is a bus service that can take you pretty much where ever you would like to go, however the buses do not run after 9 pm, and the weekend schedule is a bit hit or miss. Uber and Lyft are available in the area for quicker results.

House rules:
1. You must be 19 or older to book this home and all other guests must be 18 or older or accompanied by a parent or guardian. 2. Check-in is at 4 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses. 3. Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence without express written consent. Please contact us if you are booking within your city. 4. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $250 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. 5. Commercial photography/videography without written consent, Illegal activity, prostitution, and possession of firearms is strictly prohibited. 6. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. 7. No pets allowed. Violation of our pet policy will result in a fine of $250. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. 8. No third-party bookings. The person booking the unit must also be part of the group staying in the unit. 9. Screaming Reel Properties may use video surveillance in outside public areas for security purposes. 10. Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. Unreported damages will be deducted from the security deposit. 11. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.
