Downtown Pensacola is centered around Palafox St. and hosts amazing festivals, fantastic food, local breweries, and the MiLB team the Blue Wahoos!

Volleyball Players

The property was in a very convenient location (close to Flounders) where our volleyball tournament was held. The property was clean and had a great view, especially the fireworks over new year's eve! Several small improvements could be made: the dryer didn't work for laundry, there could be some larger bowls in the kitchen, the windows in the bedrooms wouldn't open so it was pretty warm at.night, and the bar/grill in the parking lot was pretty loud at night with their music. (Probably not something that can be changed). Overall a very positive stay and we'd definitely stay there again!

Perfect Beach Getaway

This condo is in the perfect location. Walking distance to the beach, boardwalk and local restaurants. Wonderful patio overlooking the bay. Would definitely stay there again.

Birthday beach trip

The condo is absolutely beautiful and in a great location. The check-in process as well as the checkout process was super easy. I had a great experience and Will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Condo

My family and I loved this condo. It had gorgeous views and spacious living. Major plus that it was a gated area and it was right next to the shopping and beach!!

This place is amazing!! The views and location are amazing! The place is very clean. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice condo with great location and views.

We were unable to access the property. We did not have a code snd when tried the directions there was no answer. There was hair inside the refrigerator, hair in the showers, and multiple hairs on the bathroom floors. The furniture was dirty and had ripped places. The ice maker didn't make enough ice for 4 people. We had to get ice. There is mold growing in the laundry area.the cookware and utensils were not in good shape. We weren't left but 5 towles for 4 people staying 5 nights. I will mot rent from Postcard Properties again and would not recommend them. We had a sad time.

fall trip

Everything was as advertised. There was plenty of extra supplies on hand ex. paper towerls, tolet paper, soaps. One issue: We only had one key fob until mid trip when we received the second fop. The fob had to come from the HOA so that was the reason for the wait.

Its the perfect location at Pensacola Beach, you can walk to beach and restaurants. Probably needs a few extra items for the kitchen and the local HOA seem a little shall we say unenthused about the property management. But we would stay again. Views are excellent, its big enough for a family.

Good Value

We enjoyed our stay on Pensacola Beach in this condo. The view was nice and the balcony furniture comfortable. There were plenty of towels but no bath soap/shampoo. The master bath sink had a continuous drip and the second bath toilet flush lever would hand up and cause the water to run. The kitchen had most of the needed essentials except there was no cutting board or cork screw. The TVs were new but the living room picture quality was poor from the ATT Uverse box. I ended up using my YouTube TV account to get good picture quality (football playoffs!). We had heavy rain one night and water ended up coming through the bottom of the front door and left a large puddle in the hallway! There are many restaurants/bars within walking distance including Shakers right next to the property. This place wa very busy and had very loud music playing every night which was a bit of an annoyance when going to bed as the bedrooms are on that side of the building. So this is a good value as there are many good attributes along with a few not so goodness when renting the unit!

Great location

View is even better in person. This property has an amazing balcony with great seating! The harbor is beautiful, fun to watch the boats and paddle boards, and great for a calm water little swim. There are chairs at the pool and 4 or so by the harbor. Wish we didn't have to purchase beach chairs but we didn't want to rent every day and there were not any to borrow. There are no bikes and the paddle boards are only for use by owners. It was nice to be in walking distance from shopping and restaurants. You could walk across the the Gulf beach, but we opted to use a vehicle to carry all of our chairs, cooler and stuff to other beaches like Opal and Fort Picken ($25 for the week per vehicle). The place was clean when we arrived. It would be nice if there was a small floor vacuum to pick up the unavoidable sand while we were there. A broom doesn't work. Comfortable beds and sheets. Bedrooms are bright and would be better if there were black out curtains. Clean tubs and shower curtains. Only floor that isn't "wood" is the hall bathroom and it doesn't look very clean just because there is so much grout. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans for us, as well as towels and sheets. We had a great stay and really enjoyed this property!

Excellent location

This condo is in the center of the action at Pensacola Beach. Fantastic views west, overlooking Little Sabine. On the east side, the action on the boardwalk and the public beach. There is a little sandy beach on Little Sabine where we launched our paddle board and my friend brought his jet ski to take us for rides. The pool is nice and big with adequate lounge chairs. We walked to the beach with a rolling cart, it is a good five minutes to the beach and another few minutes across the sand to get to the water. The condo has two bedrooms and two baths. Kitchen has regular coffee pot—we brought our own filters but someone had left filters from before. My only suggestion for the owners: there are no measuring cups of any kind and that would have been nice since we made a breakfast casserole that required measuring. Also you need a wine bottle opener. The King bed was comfortable, there are ceiling fans in all of the rooms, great air conditioner, nice water pressure in showers. My friends thought it would have been nice to have the little toiletries like hotels and some condos do, like little sold soaps; maybe the owners could check into that for the future. Note to renters: because this is in the middle of the action, there is a fence all the way around the property and a second fence at the entry where the elevators are. When you get there, you will have instructions how to call the owners to open the gates and when you get to the condo, you will get fobs to open the gates for your stay. I understand the need for security but there were four of us and two fobs so it took some planning and some occasional calling to let us in, just a minor inconvenience but something I thought future guests should know about. We loved the west balcony! It is huge with a pub high top table and chairs and a comfy sofa. We spent a lot of time there, especially at breakfast, sunset and night. In conclusion, I would stay here again. The location is simply fantastic such that I can deal with the fob situation. Being able to walk everywhere is just too convenient. And Ubers are available if you need to go to Peg Leg Pete’s but have drank too many beers LOL. Also there is a free Trolley during the summer months. I love Pensacola Beach!
