**Please note that the Emerald Isle HOA is currently performing an ongoing balcony recoating project, where balconies could be unavailable for a short time. Additionally, due to an elevator replacement project, only one elevator will be available until the estimated completion timeframe of March 2026.**

Happiness starts at Emerald Isle 1608, a stunning condo in Pensacola Beach, Florida with mesmerizing views of sugar-white sand and emerald, green water. Emerald Isle 1608 is situated on the 16th floor of one of the greatest communities in our area. Plenty of that famous Florida sun shines throughout the property, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment you enter. Enjoy panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living and dining areas as well as the master bedroom. The master bedroom also offers additional access to the private balcony. With three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, this condo can accommodate eight people.

Not only do condos at Emerald Isle offer guests lavish accommodations, but incredible community amenities as well. Two Gulf-front pools are available, as well as a community hot tub. There is also a fitness facility available for those who need a daily workout. There is even a resort sauna to help you unwind after a long day at the beach.

The Pensacola area has a lot to offer. Activities including historical museums, delicious restaurants and tons of beach fun. Emerald Isle is the perfect resort for you and your family to enjoy while staying in Pensacola Beach.

This property is in swift decline. The elevators have been down since before summer leaving one elevator for an entire building. There are long wait times in excess of 20 minutes. They are planning to shut down the other elevator once they finally get the other one back up, so I would avoid the property for the next year. The unit needs desperate attention, it is filthy. The master bathroom smells strongly of urine and there is a very used toilet plunger on display. The location is great but I would definitely stay at Beach Club or a similar property and avoid Emerald Isle. Lastly, I would avoid Southern Vacation Rentals. We paid more for early arrival at 1p only to still not have access until 3:40p (original check in was 4p) and I have emails of their “customer service” arguing with me to the point where I stopped responding to emails and let them argue with themselves. When we still didn’t receive the new door code via email after it was reset due to the code they issues not working, we were told we received the codes 20 days in advance to our arrival. We then had to call and tell them yes, but they reset the code that afternoon so we could finally gain entry. Beyond horrible customer service.

We enjoyed all of our stay. The only issue was the gym. Only has equipment, no space, and no dumbbells. This would prevent me from booking at this property in the future if my current program needed dumbbells

Stayed in this condo before!

We love the views from the 16th floor! Got to watch the Blue Angels fly by at eye level! Only complaint was the rotting floor by the dining room window. Hope they fix this soon.

Great Place, except for mgt co

This is a beautiful place, but I think the “help line” for issues is AI. We had a man barge in one morning without knocking saying he was supposed to have an open house. Turns out the condo is listed for sale on Zillow and had an open house scheduled that day. The management company said “nothing was scheduled “ and to just ask him to leave. No concerns over people just barging in on us!

The stay was great. The parking registration was a pain in the tail. Also the policy of only 2 cars when parking lot isn't full is ridiculous. I didn't reach out to the owner because I didn't see that information. I'm sure they would have answered and help had I been able to find the information. Beautiful place.

2024 Beach trip

Generally the property was very good except for 2 things: The living room furniture is not comfortable. The washer didn't spin water out of clothes properly and made a lot of noise. The dryer didn't dry clothes well. Maybe because the washer didn't spin properly.

Pensacola Homecoming Trip

The condo unit itself was the nicest we have ever rented, everything about it was wonderful. Spacious, well decorated, clean, fantastic view, privacy. The Emerald Isle building was impeccably clean and well maintained. Not as thrilled about Southern Vacation Rentals, the property manager, they seemed more concerned about looking for ways to charge us more, less concerned about our vacation.

Beautiful condo

We had a great experience in the condo. The views are just as pictured and the view from the balcony is fantastic. Elevators are relatively fast and we didn’t have a problem waiting too long for one. Living room furniture is comfortable. Master bed is very comfortable. The pocket door is noisy, but we didn’t have any other issues. The management company was very responsive to the one TV issue we had. The condo building is cleaned almost obsessively. All-in-all, it was a good experience

Very relaxing

The property is as gorgeous and cozy as it appears and was quite clean other than water bottles and socks beneath the bed. Just be sure to bring all of your toiletries. Other wise the condo was more than well stocked and comfortable. I would’ve given 5stars if we had t waited 15 mins for the elevator due to one of the two being out of service. I would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

Our group was 6 adults and 2 children in a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo. Although it sleeps 8, it was a tight fit but we made it work and everyone had a fun time. The unit was clean and had great views. This was our second time at this facility and we have been very happy with how seamless everything has been both times. I'm sure we will be back in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Emerald Isle 1608! This corner unit has an unbeatable view! The unit was very clean and very spacious. Also, thank you to the property managers for getting us all the necessary codes to access the property. We had no issues with check in or check out.

Lovely View

The condo was very attractive and well appointed. The master bathroom could do with an upgrade. Best thing though was the amazing view being situated on the western corner which afforded a nightly dramatic sunset over the bay.

Great stay!!

Both toilets need their inner mechanisms replaced. They are very annoying and won’t flush without lifting the back lid and fixing the red rubber thing.
