Planning Your Stay

Summer (June & July) is the most popular time of year, offering the full beach experience — along with higher rates, heavier traffic, and larger crowds.

Certain weeks, including Blue Angels Week and the 4th of July, are especially busy and may require longer minimum stays.

Pensacola Beach and Portofino also host several large annual events throughout the year. During these times, the resort can be significantly more active with increased traffic, crowds, and limited parking.

These may include Memorial Day weekend, early summer conference groups, and other large gatherings or themed weekends. If your travel dates are flexible, we recommend checking the local event calendar prior to booking to ensure the atmosphere aligns with your vacation preferences.

If you’re looking for a more relaxed visit, October is one of the best times of year — the water is still warm, the crowds have thinned, and rates are significantly lower.
