The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.

Each unit is allowed a maximum of two (2) parking spaces, accommodating no more than two vehicles. This policy ensures fair accommodation for both owners and guests.

Emerald Dolphin will be undergoing a scheduled elevator modernization project beginning in August 2026, with estimated completion by December 2026. One elevator will remain fully operational throughout the project. Guests may experience occasional wait times and construction activity in common areas.
