Come enjoy Pensacola Beach in the perfect location! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is bright, cheery and beautifully decorated. You are so close to the beach that you can even watch the kids from the balcony while they play in the pool or in the sand. This unit has flat screen TVs, WiFi internet access and so much more. Emerald Isle condos are within walking distance to all the best shops, restaurants and attractions on the beach.

Things to know
**PLEASE BE ADVISED that the small pool is scheduled for resurfacing beginning January 5th and continuing through January 11th. During this period, the small heated pool will be closed to all residents and guests while this necessary maintenance is completed. As with any outdoor project, weather may affect these dates.

**PLEASE NOTE**
​Emerald Isle will soon begin a comprehensive elevator modernization project to improve the safety and reliability of our building’s vertical transportation system. The project is scheduled to commence on Monday, August 11, 2025, and will temporarily reduce elevator service to one operational elevator for the duration of the work. The project is anticipated to last approximately 28 weeks.

Work Schedule and Site Activity
• Contractors will be onsite Monday through Thursday, working 10-hour​ shifts from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• In consideration of residents, noise will be minimized prior to 8:00 a.m.
• Two cranes will be used during portions of the project. Please exercise caution in and around the parking areas when equipment is in operation.

Access and Wait Times
During the modernization, only one elevator will be available for residents and guests. As a result, longer wait times should be expected. We encourage the use of stairwells whenever possible and appreciate your cooperation in helping to reduce congestion.
We understand this project may cause temporary inconvenience, but it is a critical investment in our building’s infrastructure. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 3.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Nice view and location

Beautiful view (not sure why it says partial view?) Kitchen counters and appliances seem to be new as well as flooring, spacious rooms. Furniture and throw pillows need some updating. When we checked in TV was not working, contacted vacasa and a new Roku was hooked up but not until noon the next day and they did not reply that they had received my message. Nice pool and hot tub. Gated parking.

March trip

The furniture was dirty and some broken, the kids bedroom didn't have a television, the blinds in the master bedroom were not functioning correctly. We stay here several times a year and we have never been disappointed until this trip. Very disappointed.

Code for lobby never worked called several times. Kept telling me to try again. Talked to several other people there had same problem. Room was nice but fan and lights in master did not work. Also bath door would not lock.

Terrible Experience

This Condo Unit is in terrible condition. First things first.... The sofa's had stains all over them(disgusting!) All the appliances were rusted, the oven inside looked like dried chemicals on the walls, the shower head levers were impossible to raise and engage, the caddy's in the bathrooms were rusted, no roller wheels were on the vacuum, the bed tables were water damaged, the kitchen table had stains all over them, all the kitchen chair cushions were stained, called housekeeping for extra towels to place on the sofa's(to cover stains) took 4 days to get those, no non-slip mats for the garden tub showers, patio furniture had mold growing on the back of the chairs, etc., etc., etc.... Never consider this unit ever again!!!!

Great place on the beach for great price.

Booked late, as weren’t picky about exact location. Location was great, management team gave us early check-in, but access code didn’t work. 5-10 minutes on the phone and new access code worked. Had an issue with small sugar ants in the kitchen. Vacasa offered to send exterminator, but we asked them to take care of it after we checked out. Condo was just like pics on website, we would stay here again.

Great Property

Great location, within walking distance of area shops and restaurants. Pools were sparking clean and the beach was right past the pools! The appliances could use an update but were all working fine. We will definitely book this property again!

Out dated, dirty, concerning.

We are quite unhappy with the quality as it was NOT as advertised online. Both of my children have severe asthma and mold allergies and we were not expecting BLACK mold and rotten walls. After an asthma attack with my oldest,we began to look for the trigger that could be the causative agent and found various locations of concern, such as under the kitchen sink (mold) and the wall is rottingnout entierly, the vent that is falling out of the kitchen ceiling has mold and dust, and the air vents inundated with dust to name a few. There is water damage to the floor slats that are warped and sliding around and caused my 9 month old to pinch his toe in the gaps in the slatting causing a chunk of skin to rip off of his foot while crawling! Due to this we were unable to have any fun at the beach due to the gaping wound on his foot. Upon arrival we had NO parking passes until mid day on day two, luckily we weren't towed. The floors were initially SO disgusting that my daughter's feet were BLACK as was my 9 month olds clothing, hands, arms, feet. There are ants crawling around as well. The alarming and loud sound of what sounded like a "fog horn" that rumbles through the unit any and everytime water is turned on, toilet is flushed, and washing machine is used. The walls shook, the ceiling rattled so hard the kitchen vent fell out the ceiling and a plate covering values in the laundry closet fell off the wall. It seems to be an issue that is on going, as (I am assuming), anytime another person near us used their toilet during the night we were woken up to the "fog horn" blast alerting us to our neighbors bathroom habits. I am extremely dissapointed in the condition of this unit and the lack of relaxation, basic sanitation,and condition of health hazards my family is PAYING to endure on our "vacation" the ONLY thing that we have enjoyed and was even remotely worth what we have paid for is the Balcony and the proximity to the beach. However, we would have been safer staying at a motel 6 for the price compared to advertisements and condition. We will not be back to this location! The dishwasher is as old as the Lord himself and does NOT properly wash the dishes. All appliances are rusted and outdated. The floor is compiled of various colored plywood planks that are warped and dangerous. We are heading home today and will he sending our medical bills to the unit owner. There were also teens having SEX in the hot tub and blaring music at 11:30pm.

Short and sweet

We stayed 2 nights. Family of 5 (one teenager and 2 toddlers). Gorgeous views, clean spacious condo. Great pool and beach access. Lock on the living room sliding door was broken which was a little scary with having toddlers.

Great Views

This unit definitely has a great view, that is for sure. Pretty much everything was great, except I feel like the unit just wasn't kept up with the way a unit at the Emerald Isle should be. The kitchen counter literally had tiles missing from the counter top, and the furnishings were very basic as you can see in the pictures. The main problem was that there was a definite mold or mildew smell permeating the unit, I believe coming from the kitchen area. To be fair, I never let the property manager know since I honestly didn't feel like dealing with it. I had a short stay and we weren't planning to spend much time actually in the unit other than sleeping. It just felt like the unit was more comparable to a low budget motel vs a higher end beachfront condo. I did love the view and try to look at the brightside when ever I can. Hopefully they can take care of the differed maintenance on this unit and I think they'd have a property to be extremely proud of with less than a 5k investment.
