5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. Parking passes for the July 4th & Blue Angels Week holidays are $150 each and will be charged after booking.
7. Please Note: An exterior security camera is present and in place at the front door of the condo for added security. Rest assured, your privacy is paramount, and no cameras are installed inside the living areas.

The condo was clean and very well equipped for the comfortable stay, close to restaurants and stores. From the balcony you can watch amazing sunrises and sunsets. This is the place where you definitely want to come back. I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys the white beaches and quiet area.

The place was what we needed for visiting family through the holidays and hosting family Thanksgiving. We did however, encounter an issue with the garbage disposal on Wednesday before even really beginning to cook. It was clogged with something before we even put anything down it. We left it and it eventually drained but I reached out to the number given for maintenance. They said someone would be with me shortly to fix it. It stayed clogged until Thursday morning when my sons and husband took it apart, unclogged it and fixed it bc we never heard anything except the standard answer of “sorry this is happening, we will let the appropriate members know” we never had anyone reach out or help and would have been a mess if my family had not had skills to fix it before we had our dinner there. The cable kept going out and we reached out and were told someone would come fix it which also never happened. This place is fine but the maintenance is a joke. If you have any issues, you are on your own.

The condo was exactly as expected from pics! The view was absolutely one of the best ever!!! Only things keeping from a perfect 5-star were: 1. Only one elevator working. Knew this beforehand, but did take a while at times to get one that wasn’t already full, but definitely not a huge deal. 2. The multiple codes, as other reviewers stated, were annoying. And our instructions didn’t say that you had to hit # (pound) at the end of one or more of them, but another guest told us when we couldn’t get back in from beach to pool. Most guests just seemed to wave and wait for someone to let them in from the inside. But I will definitely stay here again if ever in the area!

Enjoyed the beach view and ability to easily access the beach for a evening walk! The view from the bed was so relaxing and chill. Also, there's multiple restaurants and stores in walking distance across the street with access to the other side of the beach.

Condo was clean and crisp. View was amazing. All amenities were available. Our only complaint was the ceiling fan in the master makes noise so we weren’t able to use while trying to sleep and the ac takes a long time to lower in temperature, usually until the middle of the night to get to 70 degrees.

The location was excellent. Right on the beach, which was quiet and not crowded. The views from the room were gorgeous. It had cute beach-themed decor. The unit itself was mostly clean. There was no hand soap for the bathrooms supplied with the starter kit which was weird. Couch and chair in the living room need to be replaced. They were comfortable, but very worn. Ceiling fan in the master bedroom kept making a sound. Space between the dresser and the bed in the master bedroom was very narrow making it difficult to walk to the opposite side of the bed. The balcony was small and the furniture was not super comfortable. There was always someone smoking close by which was frustrating since it was a non-smoking condo. Only one elevator worked while we were there. Pool area could use some updating. The worst part was the security codes you had to use. You have to have a code to get through the gate into the parking lot, then the same code is used to get into the building, and then a different code to get into the actual room. If you go out to the beach, you have to use a code to get back through the boardwalk gate and use a code again to get into the building from the pool area. I’m all for security but this was a little overboard imo. Also, our codes did not work when we first got there. Thankfully a nice man pulled up behind us at the gate and used his to get us into the parking lot. It was a pain having to get new codes sent that actually. Probably would not stay there again.

The unit was clean, great view, everything was in working order, but there was only one working elevator for a 17 floor building. I don’t know if that could have been conveyed to us, but it was a definite negative. Waited 20 minutes the first morning for an elevator and on multiple occasions, the elevator stopped at our floor, but it was full, so waited longer. During the entire week, the wait for an elevator was much longer than one would normally wait. Was told the elevator needed to be replaced. Suggest advising future occupants.

Nice condo just a little small and the entire complex was being renovated causing 1 elevator to be out of service and other things. Nice jetted tub but no large shower. Well equipped except for beach items like chairs, umbrellas. Nice towels. Beautiful view on balcony.

Relaxing Vacation

What a wonderful place to stay! Location was great, condo was clean, comfortable beds and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. We did have a few issues with the gate code on our first day, and got locked out of the condo twice but was able to get back in quickly with a code reset. The elevators moved a little slow and one was out of order but all in all it was a great stay.

The place was exactly like the pictures. Kitchen had all cooking equipment needed, towels, paper goods… beach was spectacular except for the riptides! We stayed out there at least 5 hours each day!!

Almost Perfect

We had a fantastic stay! There were a couple cons- there is a gate code even if they say there isn't one. Customer service was fantastic but it was frustrating to sit on hold trying to figure it out when we had just gotten into town. Secondly, they clean with bleach (which is great) but our travel clothes were ruined by running in and going to the bathroom. Pants that touched the ground were bleached.Otherwise, it was a beautiful room! It was very clean and stocked with so much! The view was unbeatable, new washer and drier, had no issues with parking or the elevator like others mentioned. The pool and beach were fantastic. We were there late April/early May and the beach was empty! It was an absolute dream and I couldn't recommend this condo more!

Great place but arrival instructions suck especially in the dark.

Entering the parking lot with the code provided by email worked great. Then parking instructions after entering the lot were non existent. Then you need a code to get into the building ...never was told this. You also need a code to get in from the beach and into the building from the pool. Never were told this. Instructions were unclear what code to use or where to find it. The code to get into the condo worked great. Then we had to register our car with another PIN code buried in another email which never did work. Hours were spent trying to get the car registered as we were given a warning that said our car would be towed with out the permit. Once we finally got the permit, it had the wrong licence plate number listed which was very stressful and took more time out of our vacation. Everything was resolved by the third day. Loved our view and the condo was great.

Stay clear of My Beach Getaways! TERRIBLE company!

Upon arrival, we were unable to obtain a parking pass due to a glitch in the system according to the property management company. We were given a temporary solution and informed that we would be called on the first day after our arrival. That was the next day. I did not get a call. I called again and did not get a resolution. Or a callback when asked. This happened, but one day of my vacation. We parked illegally the entire time we were there and ran the risk of having our rental car towed. They reached out to us because of an outage with the Internet in the building. When I asked that person to have a supervisor call me back about the parking pass, once again, I was told I’d be given a call within minutes. I did not receive a call. This company cares nothing about the people who rent from them should be avoided at all cost! On top of that, the property itself is very outdated and smelled like mildew. I would love nothing more than to start back over and choose a different location to have our vacation. It was completely an utterly , tainted by this experience.

Great Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle! Condo was clean, had great views and property was as listed. I would’ve appreciated a more comfortable queen bed and better linens- towels and sheets were cheap and thin. I would stay here again though, because of the convenience to everything, the pool and the gorgeous gulf front unit.

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo! The views from your balcony were incredible. I loved the beachy decor! The beach is pristine & the best we’ve ever stayed at! Loved all the great restaurants just 5 minutes away!
