Step straight into the super-king bedroom with double sofa bed, large tv, clothes rail & shelves. walk right into the the bathroom with a huge double ended bath tub and shower within, shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/ bubble bath/ hand wash/ hair-drier all included. walk left of the bed room into the kitchen, this can be closed off from the bedroom by a large sliding glass door (ideal for keeping dogs in) the kitchen has a large double bellfast sink & everything you need for basic cooking & dining for 4 people, including an adorable electric city aga, a large smeg fridge/freezer, beautiful dining table and chairs. tea/coffee/sugar/oil/salt/pepper all included. the back wall of the kitchen is an impressive victorian range oven, with a working log burner fitted within which is absolutely wonderful addition for a cosy winters night. outside, the cobbled courtyard has a bbq & a bench, & there is plenty of woodland & fields within the grounds to go walking in.
