Located in a quiet mountain area, but just 500m from the supermarket, 800m from the centre and the south beach of Peñíscola and 1.5km from the Old Town

COMPOSITION:

Set of apartments located on the ground floor or first floor (without elevator), consisting of two bedrooms with capacity for up to 6 people. Composed of a living-dining room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), terrace and communal pool (seasonal). The apartment has parking included, but does not include sheets or towels (they can be rented at reception), does NOT allow pets, does not have Wi-Fi or air conditioning.

AMENITIES:

Communal pool (opening dates subject to the community of neighbours of the property). Parking (1 space per apartment),

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:

Equipment (except general linen), water, gas, electricity, entry and exit cleaning and use of the pool and parking

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:

Sheets (6€/bed, payment at reception), towels (pack of 5 shower towels for 25€, payment in cash at reception),

PETS: NO

DEPOSIT: €150. (Deposit on credit or debit card, cash is not accepted. It is returned to the same card within a maximum of 7 days after the keys are returned)

Check-in outside normal hours will be done with self-check-in. There are mailboxes at the reception door. It is important to contact reception so that they can provide you with the mailbox number and the combination.
