"Clean and in a very good shape. Restaurant has open view kitchen which is clean, and an wide varity of food, both chineese and western. All staff smiling and up front helpful.. Most staff speaks english very well. Easy acces to Metro, Ferry to HK, airport.
I have been to Shenzhen many times, and Hyatt Place Bao'an Airport is difinately my New favorit hotel.. All my Best recomendations.. "

"Attention cet hôtel est parfait si vous avez une escale de nuit, sans vouloir visiter Shanghai. Dans ce cas aller plutôt au holiday hotel et non pas le express.
Un bus fait la navette entre l'aéroport et l'hôtel compté environ 10min. Le pick up se fait en face de la porte 9. C'est pratique.
Le buffet du soir est a moins de 10€ pour 2, il est d'un bon rapport qualité/prix. Les plats sont indiqués en Anglais.
Les chambres sont spacieuses, neuves. La literie est bonne.

"The hotel itself is very clean and spacious. It certainly gives you the money's worth. Staff were all very friendly! Everything is spacious, the room, bathroom, closet space. Breakfast was good as well, they had all kinds of international food there. The main dished were Chinese, but you had the sides like waffles and pastry. I don't know, but chowmein was so good >.<"

1. You can not pay with any creditcard, only cash. This meant that I had to spend 1 hour in a car getting cash (The nearest bank is thirty minutes away). I got a complimentery breakfast, but still, it is not good.
2. The area this hotel is located in is very far from anything. There is no restaurants, nothing. Just what appeared to be a poor place.
