This non-smoking apartment for 4 guests has a separate entrance, private terrace, and spans two floors. Downstairs: living room with dining area, bathroom with window, and fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs: two bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with two single box-spring beds. A third (children’s) bed can be added on request.



Each approx. 65 m² apartment is soundproofed, so everyone can enjoy their own cheerful tune in peace!
