"This is a very clean hotel which friendly, helpful staff. We had a problem with our air conditioner and we had assistance within minutes and they got us in a room across the hall with air, the whole process was less than 10 minutes. Great place to stay. "

"Had to make a trip to Knoxville to pick up a car during race weeks. This place was not far from the track (20 minutes), was clean, comfortable and quiet - just what we were looking for. The breakfast bar was great! Anyone in the area should definitely explore the town of Pella, too - a quaint, clean and beautiful city. "

"Overall a great stay. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. Forgot to reserve a first floor room because my husband is disabled they changed our room easily ,very accommodating.

"Bed was comfy. I set the a/c way down when I got in the room, so it was nice and cool. Big storms overnight, but I slept like a baby. Appreciated the fridge to keep my water cold. The halls and especially breakfast area were hot and humid. My bathroom was not clean when I arrived. I literally had to clean it before I could shower and go to bed."

"The hotel staff was friendly, but it was a little off putting that he commented that I would have had a better deal booking directly through their site vs using Expedia. The room was clean and comfortable and the vibes of the place were super cute.

"Staff was very helpful in putting several rooms close together all on 3rd floor. Pool was nice treated with salt water system. Only thing they could do better is extend breakfast time to 10am. 9 is too early for several in our group."
