For bookings with more than 15 guests, kindly inform us in advance for bed setting arrangements with additional charges. Please note that the Airbnb system only allows charges for up to 16 guests. However, our house can comfortably accommodate over 20 guests with extra charges. Should you have any complaints or require refunds, kindly notify us within 4 hours of check-in for prompt assistance.

Please respect our neighbors by avoiding parking in front of their homes or obstructing their access. Additionally, to maintain harmony in our community, we kindly ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum after midnight.

Parking is readily available both within and outside the property, with a capacity for 4-5 vehicles. Any additional cars may utilize roadside parking or seek out nearby parking spots. Please refrain from parking in front of our neighbors' houses. We encourage you to seek out unoccupied areas for parking.

For reservations exceeding 15 people, please notify us in advance for bed setup coordination, which carries additional fees. Airbnb's system, unfortunately, only allows charges up to a maximum of 15 people.

For special events like family gatherings, weddings, birthdays, or reunions, please let us know beforehand. There are extra charges for events, payable directly to the host. You'll need to pay a refundable security deposit directly to the host upon check-out.

While indoor smoking is prohibited, designated areas for smoking are provided outdoors, complete with ashtrays.

Please refrain from bringing or consuming any drugs during your stay. However, alcohol is permitted.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Guests who smoke indoors will be fined RM300. Smoking is permitted outside.

Do not spoil and misplace the board games, carrom board and Pool table. You will have to pay extra for any kind damages.

If using BBQ pit, please clean it and do not put the BBQ pit under the rain. Guest should bring their own charcoals and fire starter. Do not eat & drink in the bedroom.
