"Met the hotel owner - Mr Jimmy. A fantastic guy with low profile. Had a good chat with him about success & failures in life & children behavior in today world. He is helpful & cheerful towards all guest .

"Friendly staff who go beyond the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Good spread for breakfast. No major issues for the hotel for me apart from the slow lifts. Otherwise good value for money and I would definitely stay again if I return to Pekanbaru. Great job!"
