Villa Alderbaran resides in the delightful area of Coral Bay home to stunning beaches and landscape. This incredible villa is comprised of five bright and airy ensuite bedrooms finished in beautiful style. 
We chose this villa because we think it offers a great amount to it's guests, the ensuite bedrooms ensure all guests have their privacy yet the open plan space offers a greater feeling of togetherness. Upon entry to the villa you'll be met by the open plan living space combining the lounge, dining area and modern fitted kitchen complete with separate utility area to offer the ultimate self catering experience to all it's guests. The lounge has a comfortable leather suite surrounding the TV and slick patio doors leading onto the terrace. 
Outdoors you'll find the substantial glistening pool surrounded by modern sun loungers, the covered terrace offering shaded dining and outdoor kitchen ideal for enjoying a barbeque. 
If you'd like to get out and explore your surroundings, everything is just a short drive away. Discover the Blue Flag awarded beaches of Coral Bay as well as an abundance of local restaurants offering traditional and international cuisine. If you're interested in exploring the historical sites the ancient city of Paphos is only a short journey away.  

Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 110cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 92cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 97cm wide. The outside area is flat and tiled. Inside there are 19 steps to the lower ground floor, and 19 steps to the first floor. The ground floor bedroom door is 77cm wide, whilst the ensuite door is 67cm wide.
