The main bedroom comes complete with an ensuite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort during your stay.

Note the dining table has 6 chairs plus 3 additional stools and a breakfast bar with 3 chairs. There is also a dining table downstairs for 2 plus alfresco dining.

Whether you`re seeking relief from the summer heat or cosying up on cooler evenings, enjoy the convenience of air conditioning and a fireplace in the main living area.

Access the lower level via the external staircase, where you"ll find a convenient kitchenette and an additional bedroom featuring a queen bed and sofa lounge (available on request), ideal for extended family stays.

Outside, the fully fenced backyard beckons for leisurely afternoons and gatherings around the firepit. Unwind with alfresco dining on the upstairs deck or lounge in style on the outdoor seating area, soaking in the coastal ambiance.

Pets are to be kept off beds, couches, cushions and other soft furnishings. Additional cleaning fees will apply if pets mark or soil these areas, or leave excessive fur or dirt behind.

Please note the creek, if there are large swells/ tides and rain sometimes flows into the backyard and there are sometimes insects / spiders around.
