The Saltdean beach is just a 5-10 minute drive away and you'll also find two pubs nearby offering sea views, great food and entertainment including local stores, off licence and takeaways. Tesco express located just 3 minutes away and open 7 days a week between 7am until 11pm.

Enjoy nights out, quiet nights in, country walks or sea side strolls it's up to you.

Buses run every 10 minutes from the end of the road and run till 3am every night except Sundays

Brighton is approximately 15 minute by bus or car and taxis cost approx £15 to £25 for a 4/8 seater .
