    The balcony is 30sq metres long. There is an additional space of 30sq
    metres covered under the balcony of the house which provides enough
    shade to be used as a sitting area. It has partial sea views.

    SECURITY DEPOSIT
    If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
    years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EUR per person is
    required, payable with the accommodation balance or prior to arrival.
    Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
    inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
    or additional cleaning required.

The apartment looks even better in person than in pictures. You can smell that it is new and not so much used. The pool is great. Not too deep and perfect for kids. There is a huge terrace where you can chill in the evening. Location is great especially if you have a car. There is a parking spot waiting for you and the city of Magazya with cool places, tavernas and such is close by.

The location and the villa are perfect for a quiet relaxed holiday. Enough far from the crowd places but still near to almost everything: local places to visit, restaurants, tavernas, bars...You need only a 3-minute drive to Loggos and to a wide selection of bars, cafes restaurants, and shops. The location is also excellent for exploring other places and the local area. Within only a 5-10 minute drive you can reach Lakka and Gaios where you can enjoy their local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants... We tried great Greek specialties ( kolokythokeftedes, Souvlaki, Soutzoukakia...)there. Most of the time we enjoyed at Paralia Loggos and Glyfada beach and entrained ourselves with different activities: relaxing, sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, etc. We found the people of Loggos very friendly and the local food tasty. We also liked their local wines, you have to try them while you are there. Do not hesitate to book this place and villa. Would highly recommend it to everybody (couples, families, retirees...).

The villa is in a very peaceful and remote location, only a 10-minute driving from the centers of Lakka, Gaios, and Loggos, where are placed a lot of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and entertainment. Very well equipped and clean. Nice and friendly people in Loggos. They helped us in pointing out directions, places to visit, and what local specialties to try. We really enjoyed at Greek food in a couple of fantastic restaurants that we have visited while exploring those 3 locations. Nice villa, nice places, and perfect holiday overall. We will be returning again.

I cant say enough about Villa Ifigeneia and its secluded location. My family recently returned home from the property and had the best time! Villa Ifigeneia and Loggos were perfect for my family. We loved alternating days between exploring different beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. There are many excellent beaches nearby and also great restaurants, bars, and a supermarket within a few minutes drive from the villa and the sea/beach is only 3 minutes drive away. The place is very charming, clean, and ideal for a family. The villa had everything we needed. I havent felt so relaxed and connected to a place in a long time. The villa was spotless on arrival and extremely cozy. The beds were nice and we all had a good nights rest. During our stay there we visited Lakka and Gaios and tried the most delicious specialties in the whole Paxos. Most of our time we spend at Paralia Loggos and Paralia Levrechio beach entraining ourselves with different activities: relaxing sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, etc. Overall, highly recommended. You are sure to be satisfied and relaxed during a stay in this villa.

It was a beautiful spacious well-equipped villa in a peaceful hillside location approx 3 mins drive from the center of Loggos where there was plenty of life if you want it. The kids loved the occasional dip to the pool. Villa Ifigeneia is very spacious and we were grateful for the comfort of the sitting room in the villa as the weather was unseasonably chilly at night. We do rent a hire car as we wanted to visit also other places in Paxos. There is no better way to enjoy an evening meal than on the veranda of Villa Ifigeneia enjoying the incredible sunsets. We hope to return soon!

Booked a villa in Kefalonia through this company last year. The Villa Ifigeneia was as well spectacular, with absolutely no issues. It was spotlessly clean & well presented. We liked to book a villa in a private isolated setting far from the outside world and we found the Villa Ifigeneia to be our best holiday retreat. Its a nice quiet location but is still near to Loggos(3 min drive) and other local amenities: beaches, tavernas, bars, etc. Overall nice holiday. Thank you, Agni for being extremely helpful & giving us lots of useful information & contact numbers for the local area. Looking forward to booking with you again for next year.
