"The location of this property is excellent. The apartment is spacious and in a wonderful location in walking distance to everything in town. There are water views across the street, and that's lovely! Inside the floors are uneven and the layout is unusual. This was fine for us but wouldn't be if I was staying more than a night or two. For instance, the silverware is not in the same room as the kitchen. So preparing and serving a meal would not be as smooth as one might expect. The real issue...

"This was a well placed home close to Mystic Harbor Museum and downtown. Very comfortable and nice open floor plan. While the description of two bathrooms is accurate it failed to state both were on the first floor with two of the three bedrooms on the second floor reached by extremely steep stairs. We were two couples in our 70s, good physical shape for our ages but found this arrangement very difficult."

"We rented this house for a family reunion recently. Place is great! Definitely an antique farmhouse and it has that level of charm. The property is beautiful and it fit our needs for a weekend stay. Communicating with the property manager was easy as well. That said we were not impressed with the level of cleanliness upon our arrival, as it was clear that the cleaning crew did not do a thorough job.
