"My recent stay at Sterling Hotel Nainital was really excellent. The staff were excellent; my room was clean, spacious, and had a wonderful view of the hills and peaks; and the food in the restaurant was excellent. The staff in the restaurant, especially Manoj Bisht, was fantastic, always being on hand to answer any questions, and going out if their way to make sure everything was to my liking."

The property is gorgeous we were 4 of us on a girls trip lovely cottages very safe will definitely visit again

"Overall the property was good but a bit small in area and the room AC was not efficiently working. Food options were limited and it’s a little too inside the jungle with no where to go other than the resort itself. "

"We travel three months a year. Finding a gem deserves praise. Especially when the price is half the more established places until all the refurbishments complete.
A new owner inspires the staff. Everyone works together to revitalise the hotel. Cool Garden, Wild Birds, Calm, A cook who adapts to western needs and a professional young guy on reception who helps if you arrive stressed from the Railway station nearby. Just call for guidance."
