Cocoonr offers you this charming 100 m² house in Pavant, which can accommodate up to 8 people. It comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms, a shower room and a 200 m² garden. Wifi 7 (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

Important note: The maximum capacity includes all people, including babies and children.

The accommodation comprises
- A 35 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Shower room with massage shower and WC
- Access to a 4 m² balcony

First floor
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190), a single bed (90×200) and a cot
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190) and a folding bed (80×190)
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140x190)
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, changing table, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A 16 m² terrace and a 200 m² enclosed garden (not private) with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Pavant, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
