Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the house, pool, sauna, driveway, parking and surrounding bushland areas. The property is accessed via a concrete-sealed driveway off Patonga Drive, with ample on-site parking.

While the setting is peaceful and private, Patonga House is surrounded by natural bushland. Guests should remain on landscaped areas and paths, and children must be supervised at all times due to natural hazards including steep areas and cliffs.
