It is a nice 1BR/1Bath apartment located 1km away from Patong Beach. It is located at the southern end of Patong Bay a short walk from the beach and night market. It access to all that Patong has to offer. There are also other beaches and tourist attractions easily accessible from this location. We have super speed wifi for your enjoyment/Netflix/YouTube.

Please be reminded that the swimming pool at this listing is under big repair, so you must use the swimming pool of neighbour, just 2 mins walk (located next door).

This apartment is strictly non smoking (can smoke at balcony only and not suitable for pets). Please do close all the lights and air-con, when you leave the Apartment so that we do reserve the electricity for our children.

Many guests choose to rent scooters during their stay. They offer a cheap and easy way to explore Patong and the surrounding beaches but have associated risks (especially for inexperienced riders). Please take care on the roads.

Patong Beach is 15 min walk, Jungcylon Mall and Bangla road night life are approximately 25 min walk from our property.

Standard check in time is 15:00 and check out 11AM.
Early check in or check out can be arranged with the Host subject to availability (please contact Host for the request in advance, not at check-out time please, we do have very good bookings always).
