Rengøringsniveau var mangelfuld. Hvis de sover Agger klokken 9 om morgenen bliver du alligevel vækket af det råbende rengøringspersonale. The resort atmosphere is great, lots of greeneries that provide calm and cool atmosphere. They have a restaurant at the site with great food. Dont' forget to taste the breakfast special, khaw mani kai (steamed rice topped with chicken)!

The accommodation is clean and well maintained, the grounds are nicely kept too. It felt very peaceful, like a little oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the area.

"Vi havde et virkelig dejligt ophold på dette hotel i Thailand. Personalet var utroligt søde og imødekommende – altid smilende og klar til at hjælpe med alt. Intet var et problem, og alt kunne lade sig gøre, hvilket gjorde oplevelsen ekstra afslappende.
Værelset var stort og rummeligt med et fint og rent badeværelse. Der blev gjort rent hver dag, og alt fremstod pænt og velholdt under hele opholdet.
Maden på hotellet var rigtig god, og morgenmaden var endnu bedre – stor variation og god kvalitet.
Alt i alt et super skønt hotel med høj service, god mad og dejlig stemning. Vi kommer helt sikkert gerne igen!"

The breakfast is very standard.

Even though the hotel is matketed as family friendly, it was not possible to use our stroller as there were stairs everywhere with no other options.
The odd thing is, I was asked to make a review upon checkin! And the staff was waiting for me to write the review before I even saw the room. I refused. This may be the reason why they have so many good reviews.
I will give the hotel 3 star. The food was good and the staff was nice. However, mains is really needed."

The breakfast is good and normal for Phuket standard, but the chicken in the rice soup should have been cooked properly (still raw'ish).
The service was available and fast, but they should have asked, if we have had a pleasant stay at checkout.
The cleaning was really not good.
Lime scale not being removed from shower area. Hair felt out when trying to adjust the sheets on the side of the bed. Nasty stains in curtains to the toilet and sofa.
We even caught a living cockroch (have a video), but maybe this was a rare coincidence."

"Meget centralt og hyggeligt sted, men ikke 4 stjerner.. rengøringen var en mangelvare og på 14 dage fik vi skiftet sengetøj 3 gange. Rengøring var også altid meget sent på dagen, så det kolliderede med, når man var tilbage fra stranden.
Desuden en lidt rodet affærer ved morgenmaden.. ganske enkelt for lidt plads."
