"The house was spacious and clean, more than enough room for our family of three. It could’ve easily accommodated more. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were nice. The pool area was very nice with an extra half bathroom outside. The host was welcoming, attentive and provided everything that you would ever need to be on vacation from beach towels to coolers, sunblock, water shoes, food, cooking supplies and even a complementary gift basket. "

The listing doesn’t do this house justice because the pool space is bigger than it looks on in the picture and it has wonderful outside dining. There’s a decent sized yard and the rooms were great! The listing pictures need to be updated so the size and space of the room can be shown. One of the bedrooms had different beds than in the picture. "The house was amazing! Our group of 12 never had a problem with the amount of space this house offers! Our vacation was amazing and having the pool in the evenings to cool off was perfect! Communication with Arturo was effortless! One thing we learned is that no one in PR works on Monday and Tuesday, and if there isn't a cruise ship in San Juan port, nothing is open that day. "The property is large enough to accommodate big families. The pool is clean and adequate. The property is dated and needs a new stovetop. The bathrooms are adequate for our large group. They could use upgrades also. We worked the many stairs but for young children or physically challenged people it would be difficult. There’s an elevator but it is unreliable. The property manager is extremely responsive! It was very helpful when we needed assistance like oven mitts. Overall we enjoyed our stay!...

We each had our own comfortable bedrooms, each with our own TVs and our own temperature control units to suit our individual preferences. The house itself could use a little updating and repair, but was comfortable enough for our stay. There are wonderful restaurants very close by. We loved "living like a local" for a month. Aida and her team made sure we had everything we needed and were quick to respond to any issues. I would gladly come back for another month!"
