"We stayed at Novotel three times during our trip to Argentina. The service was great, the staff was very friendly and would help us in every way they could. The location of the hotel is without doubt its greatest asset. Puerto Madero, Palermo and Recoletta are all in walking distance and if you choose to take a taxi it is not that expensive due to the short distances.
