Hoteller nær Parrott Park and Agricultural Museum

"Everythings was fine other than the delay in getting checked in. To be fair it was only a 5 minute wait without a host person. Not a big deal. Perhaps I was just too tired to wait. :)"

"We love this hotel, very clean and the breakfast was amazing and everybody was so nice"

"Clean. EXCELLENT staff. Quaint. Wonderful breakfast. Just all around clean."

"It was cheap. The flooring was buckled and a trip and fall hazard. Would never stay there again."

"We usually love staying at SpringHill Suites by Marriott but not this time unfortunately. We stayed on the first floor and there was a sewage leak in the hallway that we had to walk to and from our room. The smell was absolutely disgusting, and it got all over our shoes. There were brown soaked towels in the hallway. Our shoes are ruined and there are 6 of us. I guess it’s time to stay at another hotel chain."

"The Greyhound Inn was converted to a boutique hotel from the Greyhound Bus Station near downtown Tyler, TX. The remodeling was very tasteful. The good: 1. Walking to downtown and several restaurants was a short two block walk. If you have business downtown, this is probably the closest hotel and your not having to worry about finding a parking spot. 2. The room was very spacious. Besides the king-sized bedroom, there was a living areas with writing desk, and a large kitchen area. 3. The TV...

"The room was clean but the beds were not the best for sleeping. My TV didn't work properly and even though someone came to check it out for me, no one did anything to fix it other than unplug it and leave it. So, I was there for three nights with no working TV!!!! Management was no help at all."

"Beautiful Log Cabin, we stayed at the main cabin and our stay was wonderful. Quiet, peaceful, surrounded by pine trees, cows in the ranch across the street. Was our 1st Anniversary and we really enjoyed our stay!"

"What a wonderful hotel. Ms. Michelle at the front greeted me very quickly, and made me feel comfortable from the second i arrived. This hotel is so charming, and cozy. It reminded me of the historic hotels I stayed at while in Scotland. I would recommend 1000%"

"Clean"

"I am a civil engineer. I looked all around the property and was impressed at the quality of its construction. Besides being well made, the room was very satisfactory in several regards. Lighting, I counted seven light features that were well located to give proper illumination to every space in the room. Flooring, the large bathroom's beautiful tile floor looked brand new and well maintained. The king size bed was very comfortable, firm with big substantial pillows and adequate bed coverings....
