"In the 4 different employees i encountered over my 3 night stay. Theresa was by far top notch. Kind, helpful, and pleasant. The management at this location. Awful. And the night i checked in. The man( employee) was very un-welcoming and seemed bothered he had to check us in and just a rude arrogant demeanor. If it wasn't for Theresa this place would get a 1 star and thats because in order to rate id have to choose at least 1. "

"The hotel itself is better than expected. The bed was very comfortable The room clean and the staff friendly. Well worth the money with plenty of places walkable to eat or to get any toiletries or things you needed they also have a washer and dryer you can use and it was a quiet pleasant day. Recommend"

"Great amount if privacy. Minimal contact if desired. I wish the breakfast hours were longer or maybe even later in the morning. Also morning associates could be more attentive to breakfast while it is open. "

"We enjoyed the fun atmosphere of the property, as well as the efficient setup of the rooms. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very social in the lobby area with fun and interesting sitting areas. The only thing that was not a plus for us was the parking, it seemed a bit limited, but we will definitely book again when we are visiting our family in the Hillview area."
