Even with all the phone calls to confirm, the process the check-in confirmation was not provided until two hours after the scheduled check-in time. "One of the best locations on the Gold Coast. The managers were excellent to deal with and made our stay most enjoyable. The views from our apartment were magnificent and the property had fantastic amenities. We would highly recommend The Waterford to anyone wanting a self contained apartment centrally located on the Gold Coast. We will be back."

"No issues, clean small room with AC, friendly staff and option to leave bags after checkout. Amenities were a little lacking such as toilet paper (very thin), very basic body wash and shampoo. Cleaning chemicals used were also not pleasant. Overall good hotel, minor things, would stay again."

"The staff were absolutely fantastic - friendly, helpful & genuinely welcoming which made our stay enjoyable. The room was a lot bigger than we expected which was great! Only small things to note were that the ceiling light shades were a bit dusty and some minor mould build up in the top room ceiling which may need to be looked into. However, the web site said that rooms were available via Expedia. I clicked on the link assuming that the dates we had already selected would carry accross.
