"Skønt område, lækkert gym område, og dejlig pool."

"The rooms were fine-we’d stay there again. The bathroom fan was running in the wrong direction-pulling air in."

"Booked this last minute as a 1st stop on a trip around the lakes area, My goodness, I know they say you get what you pay for, but you don't expect to see insects crawling in your bed or on the bedside tables!!!. Asked to be moved immediately which in fairness they did move us to a room on the 1st floor which was adequate but still dirty carpet, tired looking etc Whole place needs a refurb, which I doubt Best Western will be doing anytime soon, and as such the price reflects the condition of...

"Close to the train station."

"House is clean and tidy. The kitchen has everything we need. Water pressure and temperature in all bathroom are perfect. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Disappointing. Definitely not worth the money."

"We used the Hare & hounds as a stopover on our way home but will give serious consideration to returning to explore the Lakes from there"

"Nice, Big Room! Beautiful Decorated House. Helpful and Friendly staff."

The issue we had was there did not seem to be sufficent sound deading between the rooms, as we could hear voices from other rooms. Could not hear what they were saying, but could near the noise. Luckily they went to bed about the same time we did and did not wake up before we did, but it not what we wanted or expected. It was in a very isolated location. That was not a problem for us, but something to be aware of. ...
